When your order is placed online you should receive a confirming e-mail, if you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us by phone or e-mail.

MILLTOWN Crossing reserves the right to refuse any order and make corrections if pricing information is listed incorrectly. If there is a pricing error and results in a higher cost, you will be contacted and you can either accept the change or cancel your order.

All shipping discrepancies and damaged merchandise must be reported within 2 working days of receipt of orde for correction and / or exchange.

Refunds will be granted for the purchase price of merchandise ONLY. shipping charges will not be refunded. You may return merchandise within 14 days for a full refund on unused, non-damaged, re-sellable merchandise.
